Salary:£29,000-31,000 (based on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday,
9:00am–5:00pm)

What
You’ll Do
As a Purchase
Ledger Administrator, you will:
* Support
the Purchase Ledger Manager/Supervisor
by processing supplier invoices and payments within deadlines
* Own
Your Assigned Ledger,
ensuring a controlled environment and posting daily bank transactions for a
clean Trade Creditors Ledger
* Process
High Volumes of Purchase Invoices
with accuracy and speed
* Calculate
and Process Supplier Payments,
reconciling supplier statements to avoid discrepancies
* Resolve
Supplier Queries via
phone and email, building positive relationships even under pressure
* Perform
General Administration Tasks to
keep the finance function running smoothly, meeting all management deadlines
* Collaborate
with the Team ,
cross-supporting areas outside your main responsibilities and helping develop
junior team members

and keep the finance ship sailing smoothly. You’ll have:
* Ability
to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
* Excellent
organization and attention to detail
