Responsibilities
* Install EV charging stations for residential and public applications
* Conduct site surveys and electrical assessments
* Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
* Ensure all installations comply with current electrical regulations (e.g., BS7671)
* Perform routine inspections and testing of EV infrastructure
* Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on their EV systems
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certified
* ECS/CSCS card
* 2391 or equivalent
* Experience with EV charge point installations (e.g., Rolec, Zappi, Pod Point, etc.)
* Strong understanding of domestic and commercial electrical systems
* Full UK driving licence
* Self-motivated, reliable, and safety-conscious
Desirable (Not Essential)
* City & Guilds 2919-01 or 2921 (EV Charging Equipment Installation)
* Experience with solar PV, battery storage, or smart energy systems
* Knowledge of OLEV/EVHS/Workplace Charging Scheme requirements
