Otto James Consulting is exclusively supporting a Manchester-based technology organisation as they look to increase their senior finance talent by recruiting a Group Financial Controller to sit within their new commercial structure.
With 2024/2025 revenue spikes, acquisitions across Europe, and the opening of new UK offices, the organisation aims for double-digit year-on-year growth and plans for an additional capital raise. This is an exciting period for the company, which is at the forefront of its field.
Due to growth and investment, there is an immediate need to add senior Financial Controller talent. The current finance team is high-performing; however, the organisation seeks best-in-class talent who can collaborate with the c-suite and contribute strategically.
