The Role
An opportunity has arisen in the People & Culture Team for a Learning & Development Facilitator based at our Basingstoke, Hampshire central support office.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training, including inductions, refresher courses, and ongoing development sessions across various care and non-care topics.
You should be a charismatic and engaging trainer capable of designing and delivering memorable training experiences, utilizing a mix of methodologies such as e-learning, face-to-face sessions, and coaching.
You will maintain accurate training records using our Learning Management System (LMS) and follow up on outstanding training to support compliance. Regular L&D monthly reporting will be part of your role to promote continuous improvement across the business.
An Education and Training Level 3 certificate is essential, along with experience working in adult care. Formal training experience is preferred but not essential.
A valid car driving license and the ability to travel to our care homes across the geographic network are essential, with travel planned for 3 to 4 times per week.
This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
