About the Role As a Shift Leader, youll be a key part of our leadership team, guiding and motivating staff on shift while ensuring our residents receive outstanding, person-centred care.
Youll work closely with the Team Leader and Registered Manager, stepping up to deputise when needed and helping maintain high standards across the service.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the sameperfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.
