We're looking for a strategic and customer-focused professional to elevate our digital retail media experience. In this role, you’ll make sure our digital retail media deliver an excellent experience for customers while also supporting our commercial goals. You’ll work across all the Tesco.com propositions (GHS, Marketplace, Whoosh & FF) to improve how we connect with our shoppers, utilising data and insights to drive smart, scalable growth. -Collaborate cross-functionally on the development of digital retail media principles to balance commercial and customer objectives -Develop new toolkits and creative guidelines for digital retail media across Tesco.com with brand expression and design teams -Review and improve operational processes for the planning, execution and evaluation of digital retail media across Tesco online propositions (GHS, Marketplace, Whoosh & FF). -Identify and develop proposals for new digital revenue streams based on industry trends, emerging customer behaviours and online CX development that drive mutual value for Tesco & Retail Media clients. -Work closely with Online Trade and Content teams to plan and activate retail media opportunities successfully, continuously evolving strategies and guardrails in line with industry trends and regulatory changes. -Establish and maintain clear measurement frameworks to assess the customer impact of retail media activity. Monitor performance data and customer insights, regularly reviewing results and contributing to optimisation plans to ensure initiatives deliver the best possible outcomes for customers. -Understanding of onsite advertising formats, sponsored content, and programmatic media. -Ability to balance commercial goals with customer satisfaction. -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven experience in retail media networks, eCommerce advertising, digital marketing or customer experience
