Overview
The AA – Roadside Rescue Mechanic role located in Dundee, The AA, United Kingdom. This position involves supporting members on the road to get them back on the move, with training, support and opportunities for development provided by The AA.
What you’ll be doing
* A communicator: You are our master of diagnostics and are fundamental in delighting our customers. You’ll share knowledge and information in a way that customers understand, ensuring their needs are taken care of.
* A self-starter: You will be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
* A fixer/problem solver: You will use your technical expertise to solve a variety of issues, whether fixing the vehicle roadside or recovering it to a garage, enabling customers to continue their day.
What you’ll need
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with appropriate experience
* Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays
