In this role, you will be a trusted advisor throughout the entire implementation project lifecycle, from initial workshops to final go-live. You will deliver solutions to both new and existing mid-market and enterprise customers, managing projects with varying scope and complexity. You will collaborate with clients across all industries, leading efforts to configure requirements, train users, and support go-live activities.
Experience required:
* 5 years of implementing SaaS solutions for enterprise clients
* Hands-on experience with XML/HTML or similar technologies to configure SaaS software for clients
