We’re looking for an experienced Transport and Logistics Manager to lead our logistics function across the UK & Ireland based at our Cannock site. This role is focused on delivering safe, efficient, and cost-effective transport operations while driving team development and continuous improvement. Why Aggreko? Oversee scheduling for HGVs, drivers, and equipment to deliver cost-effective plans and high service standards. Manage and maintain the HGV fleet, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes, systems, and performance tracking. Build strong supplier relationships, manage onboarding, and ensure service levels meet business needs. Monitor KPIs and implement initiatives to improve delivery performance and cost efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve escalations and enhance customer satisfaction. Embed wellbeing, inclusion, and development into team culture through coaching and succession planning. You’ll bring: Valid International Transport Manager CPC qualification. Proven experience managing HGV fleets and transport operations. Strong knowledge of transport compliance and regulations. Leadership experience managing diverse teams, including drivers and planners. Commercial acumen with a track record of improving profitability through logistics solutions. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
