The Role
You will lead and grow our Broadcast & Media Technology vertical globally.
That means:
* Setting the commercial direction.
* Winning retained executive search mandates.
* Building senior, long‑term relationships.
* Representing ICP Search in the market with authority.
* Playing a meaningful role in our international expansion.
You won’t inherit a finished structure.
You’ll shape it.

What You’ll Be Doing
Of course, you will be expected to generate revenue.
Senior retained work and the team projects that follow.
Strategic mandates.
High‑value client relationships.
You’ll be comfortable engaging CEOs, founders, CROs, CTOs and performance directors, less mid‑level hiring managers.
From stadium technology and broadcast infrastructure to OTT, sports data, AI and fan engagement platforms, you’ll define where we go next and how we build market growth.
You’ll become the recognised lead in this space.
