Duties
* Delivering excellent Customer service
* Staff training: service, sales and theft Prevention
* Rotas- store to be covered effectively
* Payroll- to keep track of hours, sickness, lateness
* Holidays- to be managing effectively so store is covered.
* Monitoring staff: regular appraisals
* Encouraging, motivating team with service and sales
* Recruitment for store
Requirements
* Previous experience in a managerial role within the retail industry is essential.
* Proven ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
