Responsibilities
* Provide complex care for a young client in a 2:1 long-term, family-home placement.
* Work within structured care plans and contribute to a warm, engaging daily routine.
* Deliver compassionate, professional support to promote the client’s health, safety and independence.
Requirements
* Recent UK care experience
* Car driver
* Hold full right to work in the UK
* Hold at least 12 months of care experience including: seizure management; tracheostomy care; nebuliser therapy; oral suctioning
* Compassion, professionalism, reliability
* Good communication skills and IT confidence
* Willingness to be part of a family-centred care team
* Understanding of safeguarding
* Ability to recognise deterioration in both psychological and physical health
