What the Role Involves: Leading the Classroom: Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects (including Humanities, English, and Science), ensuring students remain focused and engaged. Behaviour Management: Use your confidence and communication skills to maintain a positive and productive learning environment, reinforcing the school's behaviour policy. Supporting Progress: Take the register, set clear objectives, and assist students who need extra guidance to complete their work. Flexibility & Variety: Work across different departments and year groups, keeping the school day dynamic and interesting. What We Are Looking For: A Degree Holder: A university degree (preferably 2:2 or above) in any subject. A background in Psychology, English, or Sport is useful but not essential.
