This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Dental Nurse looking to develop their career within a modern, fully digital practice that prioritises patient care and clinical excellence. About the Practice The practice is part of a respected independent dental group with multiple sites across the Home Counties and North London. They are known for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a welcoming and professional environment. The clinic is fully digital and comprises five modern surgeries, OPG, iTero scanner, digital X-ray systems, and SOE/Exact software. They provide a wide range of NHS and private treatments, including general dentistry, cosmetic treatments, restorative cases, implants, Invisalign, and more advanced procedures. The team is passionate about creating a 5-star patient experience and values collaboration, compassion, and continuous development. The Role Supporting dentists with a variety of NHS and private treatments Assisting hygienists and hygiene therapists Maintaining high clinical and infection control standards Supporting cosmetic, restorative, implant, and smile design cases Ensuring patients feel calm and comfortable throughout their visit About You GDC-registered Dental Nurse Friendly, professional, and a strong team player Organised and reliable with excellent attention to detail Additional qualifications (radiography, sedation, implant nursing) desirable but not essential Minimum 1 year dental nursing experience preferred What’s on Offer Warm, supportive working environment Fully digital, modern practice Ongoing CPD support GDC and indemnity fees paid Uniform provided Company pension Employee discounts Free on-site parking Regular company events Genuine opportunities for career progression Full-time, permanent position.
