Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Quality Inspection and wider Engineering teams Manage documentation, reports, and records for component inspections and quality audits Maintain accurate data entry in quality systems and databases Support coordination of parts through inspection processes Liaise with engineering, production, and logistics departments to ensure workflow efficiency ✅ What We're Looking For: Previous experience in an administrative role within engineering, manufacturing, or motorsport Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-precision environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and capable of learning technical systems A proactive, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in motorsport Working Hours & Pay: Monday to Friday (standard office hours) £14.50 per hour PAYE This is a fantastic opportunity to get behind the scenes of a Formula One team and support the engineering operations that keep them competitive on track
