The Role : Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Tewkesbury)
Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management Lead small group interventions and targeted support sessions Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs Assist with planning and preparation of learning activities Promote a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
What Were Looking For
A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Experience working within a UK primary or secondary school Strong communication and behaviour management skills A proactive, patient and adaptable approach A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
