Fantastic opportunity for a Dispute Resolution Senior Associate to join this leading regional firm who are rated in the top tier of L500 for their work and ranked highly in the Top 10 Best Law Firms to work for.
Responsibilities
* Working with a broad range of clients on commercial litigation matters including breach of contract claims, director's duties, professional negligence, and injunctions
* Managing all aspects of the client relationship
* Preparing and reviewing legal documents ahead of a court hearing
About you
* Qualified solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in commercial litigation
* Strong understanding of commercial law, court procedures, and litigation processes
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Approachable and able to develop and build relationships with clients and colleagues
