The Candidate
* 2–4 PQE Criminal Defence Solicitor (lower PQE with relevant experience will be considered)
* Full Police Station Accreditation (essential)
* Duty Solicitor Accreditation (essential)
* Confident attending police stations and managing serious, complex cases
* Strong advocacy, case‑management, and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and support a Director on sensitive, high‑profile matters
* Ambitious, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client care
