A well-established furniture company, centrally located in the Medway towns, are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Sales Administrator on a temporary basis. There may be permanent opportunities for the right candidate. Duties will include: Processing sales orders efficiently and accurately Supporting sales and customer service teams in meeting key performance targets Managing customer web portals and ensuring orders are delivered in full and on time Handling service requests, returns, and credit requests with professionalism Responding to telephone and email enquiries promptly and courteously Inputting data accurately into relevant systems and databases Coordinating inspections and liaising with third-party companies (where required) Following company procedures and processes to maintain quality and complianceHours of work are Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch), and Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch).
