About the Role
As part of our dedicated Fulfilment team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive their orders beautifully packaged and on time. Reporting to the Stock & Fulfilment Operations Lead, you’ll support our friendly teams to keep operations running smoothly during peak trading.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety — ideal for someone who thrives on new challenges and takes pride in contributing to a busy, collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Carefully pack and dispatch client orders with accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and packaging.
* Collect and deliver small quantities of stock between our London locations.
* Provide support to our core and visual merchandising teams as needed.
* Assist with client service requests to ensure that we deliver service excellence to delight our valued clients.
