What Youll Be Doing:
* Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner
* Managing reception duties such as phone calls, appointment bookings, and general inquiries
* Processing insurance claims and pet health club memberships
* Keeping client records accurate and up-to-date
* Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks away from the front desk
* Remaining calm and compassionate in high-pressure or emotional situations

Shift pattern
This is a permanent, part-time position offering 23 hours per week, worked as 4 shifts of 5.5 hours each plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings from 8 am to 1:30 pm. We are specifically looking for someone who can commit to these hours. The day off can be either Monday or Tuesday.
