About the role
School who require an experienced Teaching Assistant to commence Full time employment from September 2024
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional team within an alternative provision. Initially you will be employed through Vision for Education, pending a 3 month probation review where you will then transfer on to a permanent contract with the School.
The Role:
You will deliver and maintain a high level of quality care and support which meets the physical, emotional and educational needs of the children. You'll be able to develop supportive relationships and create a nurturing environment for the children to feel safe, respected and valued.

You will work within a well established and supportive SEN department.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant - Full time you will:
1. This role may require you to work with children with a high levels of SEN such as Autism, ADHD, SLCN, SEMH, and PD, so experience in one or more of there areas would be desirable.
2. Have a minimum of 1 years experience working within an SEN / Care / Behaviour / School setting
3. Be confident to manage challenging behaviour
4. Be familiar with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs)

Salary
£85 to £95 per day
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
