The Position:
The Assistant Restaurant Manager works alongside the F&B managers in being responsible for the 2 Rosette Red Lion restaurant, our wonderful guests and seamless service. Our restaurant is known not just for the quality of our dishes, but for the care, personality, and attention our team bring to the guest experience.
The Red Lion is an all-day dining restaurant suitable for breakfast, lunches, coffees and evening menus. Serving quality local produce coupled with fine wines, world beers and champagne cocktails.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a flair for food and beverage service coupled with a real hands-on approach to leading a team. You will have good knowledge of food and drink and ideally have a hotel background, understanding the nuances of breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

Desired Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within the restaurant/hotel sector;
* Drivers licence/access to your own vehicle due to our location.
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a key part of the leadership team, helping to create a welcoming, polished, and memorable atmosphere from breakfast to dinner.
