Title: Technical Sales Representative
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Purpose of job:
We are looking for a motivated and technically minded Technical Sales Representative to join our UK team.
In this role, you will:
Manage and develop relationships with key accounts.
Work closely with their Telesales team to convert pre-qualified leads into new business.
Provide technical product advice and solutions to customers.
Advise clients on sustainable packaging offerings to help them reduce waste and meet environmental goals.
Support customers on-site by resolving issues such as film breaks, pallet instability, and optimising wrapping performance.
Deliver on sales growth targets and contribute to the wider commercial strategy.
Skills & Competences:
They are seeking someone who is both commercially driven and technically competent. Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in stretch film or plastic packaging sales (highly desirable).
Proven B2B sales experience with account management skills.
A strong technical understanding of packaging solutions and a consultative sales approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
