Trainee Office Administrator - £25,000 - £27,000 based in Camberley, Surrey

We’re looking for a career driven, organised and hands-on Trainee Office Administrator to join a busy team in Camberley. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in administration and develop into a key member of the office over time.
You might already have some admin experience, or you may be looking to move into an office role from retail, hospitality or another customer-focused background.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy office
Processing customer and trade orders accurately
Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly way
Organising appointments, schedules and meetings
Maintaining filing systems and office records
Ordering supplies and helping with general administration
Liaising with suppliers, couriers and colleagues
Pitching in wherever needed to support the wider team
What we’re looking for:
Good IT skills and confidence using standard office systems
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A reliable, professional and proactive approach
Someone who enjoys being part of a small, busy team
Previous office experience helpful but not essential
