Role Title: DP3 Shore Systems Integrator (Legislation Compliance Report) Duration: contract to run until 30/09/2027 Location: Remote with periodic on-site needs (Clyde, and other sites as required) Clearance required: Sole UK National and Active SC Clearance is desired, SC Eligibility is mandatory. Role purpose / summary Maintain and update the legislation register for applicable UK legal/regulatory requirements (using agreed tools e.g., Lexis Library/SIMPLIFi). Produce the annual Legislation Compliance Report, including review/update cycle and environmental considerations. Complete up to three areas-of-concern deep dives per year and integrate findings/recommendations. Provide SME advice on compliance queries; assess impacts and support closure of actions. Support governance meetings Maintain audit trail/records, follow QMS and agreed communication routes (technical via Technical Contact; commercial via Commercial Contact); support briefings/knowledge transfer as required. Key deliverables Legislation register maintained and evidenced throughout the assignment. Annual Legislation Compliance Report (date agreed), including environmental considerations and up to three areas-of-concern reviews. Brief progress updates for governance; meeting inputs/actions support (ALCOM/Shore support) as required. Training/briefing materials and contribution to lessons learned/PTE as needed.
