We are seeking an experienced & passionate bread baker to run the morning shift - 40 hours a week - 4/5 days a week.
Duties
Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdough & baguettes. Prove & bake morning pastries, buns, rolls etc.Mix, scale, and shape doughs according to recipes and production requirements
Ensure products are consistent throughout
