We’re looking for a skilled 2nd Line Project Engineer to join our client’s growing Managed Service Provider team in Horsham. In this role, you’ll support and deliver technical projects for a wide range of clients, ensuring smooth implementation and high‑quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and support IT infrastructure projects (Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers).
* Provide 2nd line technical support and escalation assistance.
* Work closely with clients to gather requirements and implement solutions.
* Maintain documentation and contribute to service improvements.
About You
* Strong experience in an MSP environment.
* Confident with Windows Server, Azure, M365.
* Heavy networking and virtualization (VMware / Hyper‑V).
* Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
