We are seeking an Accounts & Office Administrator to join our team. This is a diverse and rewarding role supporting financial, administrative, health & safety, and operations functions. Key Responsibilities:
* Processing accounts payable and receivable
* Assisting with payroll, GST, and financial reporting
* Managing office supplies, documents, and general administration
* Supporting H&S administration: incident logs, inductions, and PPE tracking
* Assisting the supply chain and quality teams with documentation and scheduling
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Experience in accounts or office administration
* Knowledge and experience of accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB) and MS Office.
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Familiarity with H&S or supply chain admin (advantageous)
