We’re looking to offer a salary of £33,178 + shift allowance of £2488 (£35,666), and 25-days annual leave, plus bank holidays. What you’ll do on a typical day:
Providing leadership and guidance for the team leaders and warehouse colleagues to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication between them to address any potential issues effectively and in a timely manner.
* To plan and achieve daily, weekly and monthly operational and KPI targets
* Train and develop all team members to ensure a fully multi-skilled and capable work force to meet customer needs and demands
* Ensuring customer service level agreements are achieved, escalating any issues impacting on these to line management.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a fast paced environment
* Strong IT skills, including warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
