SystemsAccountants is supporting a global organisation in the search for a Senior Tagetik Systems Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading business as they continue to enhance and optimise their financial systems landscape to support growth, efficiency, and compliance across multiple regions.
The Role
The Senior Tagetik Systems Analyst will play a key role in the continuous improvement, optimisation, and support of the organisation’s CCH Tagetik platform, driving automation, accuracy, and insight across finance operations. You’ll work closely with finance and IT teams, supporting core consolidation, planning, and reporting processes, while ensuring best practice in systems governance and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for the CCH Tagetik platform and its core modules (Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting & Planning, IFRS16, Balance Sheet Reconciliation).
* Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and optimisation initiatives to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
* Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to streamline end-to-end processes and improve reporting capabilities.
* Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
* Identify opportunities for automation and continuous process improvement.
* Develop and maintain system documentation, ensuring compliance and audit-readiness.
* Deliver training and support to finance users, promoting adoption of new features and best practices.
* Support finance transformation projects and data initiatives that rely on CCH Tagetik configuration and integration.
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven experience in a similar Finance Systems Analyst or Tagetik Specialist role.
* Strong hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik, particularly in Financial Close & Consolidation, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
* Understanding of finance processes and accounting principles.
* Experience working in complex, global organisations with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT (preferred but not essential).
