Accountant | Leighton Buzzard (Hybrid / Flexible Working Options) | Full Time | £35,000 - £60,000 DOE

Are you the right person for the job?
* ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
* May suit those qualified by experience in select cases
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice (essential)
* Strong knowledge of Xero; familiarity with QuickBooks and Sage beneficial (we use Xero and Digita)
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
What will your role look like?
* Producing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Creating and reviewing management accounts for a wide range of clients
* Completing corporate and personal tax returns
* Supporting bookkeeping and VAT return processes
* Keeping up to date with legislative changes and industry regulations
* Working closely with the Principal to manage and implement firm growth strategies
* Training and mentoring other members of the team
* Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their goals and identifying ways to support them
* Utilising a dedicated business development budget (after induction) for client and growth initiatives
