Day-to-day of the role:
* Maintain a high-quality and safe learning environment in workshops and classrooms.
* Ensure that all areas are kept clean, tidy, and in a safe and orderly condition.
* Report any serious defects or safety hazards immediately.
* Prepare all necessary equipment, tools, and materials for lessons and demonstrations.
* Manage and maintain adequate stocks of materials, components, tools, and equipment on site.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Level 2 construction craft qualification.
* Level 2 qualifications in Maths & English.
* Forklift truck licence is desirable, or the ability and willingness to achieve this qualification.
* Relevant industrial experience in a similar role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive approach to maintaining safety and efficiency in the workplace.
