We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of legal principles. Responsibilities
* Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of issues, including contracts, property law, family law, and litigation.
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, advocating for their best interests.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
* Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
* Stay updated on changes in legislation and relevant case law to ensure compliance and provide informed advice.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
* Proven experience in a relevant area of law is preferred.
* Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £29,965.02-£73,588.20 per year
