KPI Recruiting are looking for an Onsite Coordinator to join our team, working from our client's site, based in Wigan.
Working Hours: 08:30am - 17:30pm
Day To Day Duties Will Include
* Integrating in to the operations of our client site and being the face of KPI Recruiting ltd.
* Working with the client to understand the labour forecasting and critical fluctuations
* Liaising with the KPI Recruiting resourcing teams
* Complete inductions and training for temporary employees within the sites agreed process
* Evaluate and improve induction processes as and when needed
* Oversee and support the onboarding process for temporary staff
* Conduct regular check-ins with temporary staff
* Arrange and lead engagement events for our temporary employees and client
* Supervising temporary employees, monitoring time keeping and attendance
* Coaching and guiding our temporary workers

* Full driving license is required.
* Experience building and maintaining relationships

* Ability to manage your own time
