Become the newest Probate Solicitor within a leading private client team at a firm renowned for its legacy, as well as its breadth and depth in terms of both practice areas and clientele. They’re looking for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their ambitious team and hit the ground running at their Tunbridge Wells office.
This role has become available due to the continued growth and development of this first-tier-ranked team. While they are happy to provide supervision when needed, they’re after an independent person who’s happy to run with their own matters and carve out a strong career for themselves. You’ll even have the freedom to grow your own specialism within the sphere of probate, if you so wish.
You’ll find yourself working on a variety of estate administration matters, gaining invaluable exposure to high-net-worth, international, and cross-border cases.
For this Probate Solicitor role, you will ideally have:
* Between 2 and 6 years of post-qualification experience (as a legal executive or solicitor)
* Established experience in the complete estate administration process (ideally with an international element)
* Memberships of relevant groups/associations
