About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project or Change Manager with a passion for driving strategic transformation across a large business. You'll work across the entire group, delivering a diverse portfolio of change projects that impact everything from logistics and operations to people and infrastructure. You'll be working closely with the Head of Business Transformation to translate high-level strategy into actionable project plans, managing delivery from end to end.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and deliver change projects aligned to the group's finance strategy
* Translate strategic objectives into tangible project plans with clear deliverables and milestones
* Lead cross-functional meetings and manage matrix teams to ensure delivery
* Own full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, risk/issue management, and budget control
* Provide regular portfolio updates to senior stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement and best practice in project and change delivery

Key Skills and Qualifications
Essential:
* APM or Prince2 qualification
* Strong end-to-end project lifecycle management experience
* Proven experience managing budgets, risks, and project governance
* Confident running meetings and leading cross-functional teams
* Ability to translate strategy into action
Desirable:
* Experience in food manufacturing or fast-moving industries
* Background in business analysis
* SAP knowledge or ERP implementation experience
* Experience working on cross-functional business transformation programmes
