Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Building and executing marketing strategies that deliver both long-term growth and short-term wins
* Leading fully integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels
* Owning the brand identity from tone of voice and POS to social content that captures our audience
* Getting hands-on with everything from menus and digital assets to launch campaigns and in-store materials
* Using data and performance insights to optimise results and drive continuous improvement
* Managing budgets, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-impact work on time and on brand
The Successful Applicant
About You:
* Currently working in QSR or FMCG sectors.
* Franchisee marketing experience is a plus.
* Skilled at both planning strategies and getting hands-on to deliver campaigns.
* Commercially focused and results-driven, understanding how brand affects business outcomes.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Uses data to make decisions and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Excellent communicator who works well with different teams and stakeholders
What\s on Offer
* Basic salary: £40,000 - £55,000.
* 30 days annual leave (plus 1 additional day each year, up to 5 extra days).
