We're looking for a Sales & Account Manager to help us grow our Newcastle business sustainably and build real momentum in the city.

This is a commercially focused, hands-on role where you'll develop standout partnerships with the best local hospitality and experience-led businesses - particularly across restaurants/F&B, spas and hotels.

You'll be part of our City (Sales) Team, with responsibility for building and growing your own pipeline, developing key accounts, and driving growth across Newcastle & the North East.

What you'll be doing
Our City Team (sales team) is at the forefront of delivering growth for itison, responsible for driving double-digit growth every year through sourcing and negotiating an incredible range of experiences - from amazing hotel breaks to Michelin-starred dining and the best new spas.

In this role you'll:
Win new partners across Newcastle & the North East
Build a strong, consistent pipeline and keep momentum rolling
Grow existing accounts with smart commercial ideas and long-term thinking
Combine planned meetings with smart drop-ins to maximise time
Hit targets across multiple KPIs and commercial metrics

You'll thrive if you're target-driven, relationship-led, quick on your feet and resilient - someone who can handle pace, pressure and negotiation, while staying organised.

The role will initially be remote, then based from our Newcastle city centre office, with regular time out meeting businesses and some visits to our Glasgow HQ. You'll need a driving licence and your own transport.

Source, pitch and secure standout local partners
Build brilliant relationships with key decision-makers
Spot and develop growth opportunities in existing accounts
Use research + local knowledge to identify the best operators
Work with senior teams to develop longer-term partnership plans
Hit targets across multiple KPIs and commercial metrics

About you
Proven sales/business development track record (or strong transferable commercial experience)
Strong hospitality network across F&B/restaurants, spas or hotels (restaurant connections particularly helpful)
Confident negotiator and skilled objection handler
Organised, diligent, and great at managing time and follow-through
Strong hospitality commercial understanding (margins, profitability, what makes partnerships work)

Salary & Benefits
Salary: £28k - £35k plus commission and benefits, including private healthcare, annual company bonus (dependent on performance), itison discounts and more.
