Job title: Project Controls Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Per Annum + Car Allowance + Benefits (25 Days Holiday, Pension)
Location: West Cumbria
Hours of work: 40 Hours Per Week - Fully Site Based
Responsibilities
* Manage, administer and maintain the Project Cost Forecasting & Cost Management systems.
* Develop a suitable control system in order to assist in cost, time and performance management.
* Manage project costs including planning, developing, controlling and forecasting the projects budgets.
* Co‑ordinate and submit KPI information to client, including internal liaison with relevant team member for required supporting input and information.
* Administer monthly internal cost/value reconciliation and assist other Commercial team members in submitting payments application and other client required reports.
* Advise project team of cost coding and budgets for the preparation of requisitions & subcontract orders.
Qualifications & Experience
* 5 years experience with cost management systems – Essential
* Degree or equivalent in relevant industry – Essential
* Proficient in using Microsoft Excel – Advanced – Essential
* Great attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills
* Previous Nuclear site projects experience
* Experience/worked in Civil or Construction industry previously – Desirable
