About the role:
As a Housing and Support Assistant (Nights) at YMCA St Paul's Group, you will be a vital member of our Housing and Support team, providing exceptional housing and support services during night shifts. Your role will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling inquiries and offering tailored advice. You will exemplify our commitment to high-quality customer service, positively impacting residents and their support networks. Responsibilities include reception duties, first aid, fire marshal duties, and health and safety, while representing YMCA St Paul's Group to new residents and members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide high-quality interactions that create a positive experience for residents and their support networks.
* Versatility: Manage a variety of tasks beyond reception, including handling communications, overseeing repairs, processing payments, and maintaining safety and security.
* Safety and Security: Act as first aider and fire marshal, conducting regular patrols and checks to ensure safety and wellbeing.
* Welcoming and Listening: Greet new residents, address complaints, manage reports of anti-social behaviour, and listen compassionately. Report concerns appropriately.
