We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our growing team at PKF Infuse, one of the UK’s top 35 MSPs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and enjoys being the glue that keeps everything running smoothly.
You’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting internal teams, coordinating key business processes, and helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.
The important work you will be doing:
* Providing Administrative Support: Support the daily operations of our sales and service delivery teams through effective coordination, organisation, and attention to detail to help ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
* Maintaining Internal Systems: Manage and maintain essential platforms including CRM and procurement tools to boost efficiency and support sales performance.
* Supporting the Client Journey: Assist with administrative tasks throughout the client lifecycle, including updating quotes, scheduling communications, and ensuring all interactions are handled accurately and professionally.
* Office & Resource Management: Oversee general office administration, including receiving deliveries from suppliers and couriers, as well as tracking and chasing outstanding items.
* Sales Support & Communication: Act as a dependable point of contact for internal teams and clients, supporting day-to-day sales activities, responding to queries, and ensuring clear and timely communication.
The skills and experience you will bring:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and a proactive mindset
* Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
* A keen eye for detail and a love for process improvement
* Previous experience in an IT firm, within any role
* Excellent and confident phone manner
