We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Polish Payroll Consultant to join a project with one of our international clients.

Role/Responsibilities;
1. 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Polish Payroll, including strong configuration expertise
2. Proven experience delivering end-to-end Polish payroll implementations
3. Lead business blueprinting activities and drive overall solution delivery
4. Facilitate and lead client workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
5. Provide expert-level knowledge of Polish payroll processes, legislation, and statutory compliance
6. Liaise closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement payroll solutions
7. Support testing phases and oversee go-live and post-go-live activities
8. Ensure solutions fully comply with Polish legal and regulatory payroll requirements
9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
