You'll be joining a progressive and supportive practice that has built an excellent reputation across North Yorkshire.The Role:As the Head of Wills & Probate, you will: * Lead and develop the Private Client department, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
* Oversee a varied caseload including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Tax Planning, Trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection work. * Drive business development initiatives and build strong client relationships to grow the department. * Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

* A strong presence in the North Yorkshire market, with established client and professional connections.
