About the Role
This exciting role will support our trust executives and other senior leaders to deliver the corporate and strategic programmes that achieve our Trust strategy. A key focus is the Delivering Best Value programme, which supports our Finance and Operational Programme.
Candidates will be expected to have experience in project management processes, including stakeholder management, and knowledge across operational and corporate services such as financial, clinical, and operational. The role aims to reduce the workload of front‑line staff through an efficient project management approach and align project delivery with trust values.
Responsibilities and Experience
* Demonstrate a solid foundation in project governance and identify root causes of issues to support teams.
* Provide basic project management coaching to staff, adopting an agile and responsive approach to enable successful delivery within resource constraints.
* Support a range of projects, managing stakeholders and delivering corporate and strategic transformation projects.
* Produce report writing, business cases, board reports, impact assessments, and develop project governance methodology.
* Show good team working, excellent communication skills, and professionalism at all times.
* Work autonomously with senior leaders across a matrix project framework, supporting internal deliveries and change across Trust teams.
Working Pattern
37.5 hours per week
