Are you a performing arts or musical theatre graduate ready to take your skills beyond the stage and make a meaningful impact? This is your opportunity to bring creativity, energy, and empathy into a rewarding role supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work closely with SEND pupils, using creativity and communication to help them engage, express themselves, and thrive in the classroom.

Key responsibilities:

* Support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Use creative approaches (drama, movement, voice) to enhance engagement
* Assist the class teacher in delivering inclusive lessons
* Help manage behaviour positively and sensitively
* Contribute to a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment

Essential requirements:

* Experience working with children in a professional capacity within the last two years
* This experience must cover a minimum period of two months
* A genuine interest in education and supporting young people with additional needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
