The Amazon Account Manager will…
* Own the end-to-end Amazon relationship, managing Vendor and/or Seller Central performance, negotiations and joint business planning
* Develop and execute an Amazon account plan that delivers revenue, profit and brand equity growth
* Lead Amazon advertising execution via agency partners, spanning Sponsored Ads and DSP, ensuring strong ROI and visibility
* Drive forecasting accuracy, P&L delivery and trade spend optimisation with a strong performance grip
* Act as the internal Amazon expert, using insights to influence priorities and enable agile decision making
The Amazon Account Manager will require…
* Proven experience managing Amazon accounts (Vendor or Seller Central) within FMCG or health & wellbeing categories
* Strong commercial acumen with hands-on ownership of forecasting, negotiations and margin delivery
* Deep understanding of Amazon performance drivers including content, SEO, advertising and availability
* Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders
* An entrepreneurial, test-and-learn mindset with a passion for eCommerce innovation
