Coaching and upskilling line managers to handle people matters confidently. Leading proactive initiatives such as absence management, training, and engagement. Working across diverse teams: Supporting multi-site stakeholders– no two days are the same. What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset. Experience handling ER cases Ability to influence and build trust at all levels. CIPD Level 5 or working towards (desirable) Flexibility to travel Why This Role?
