Overview
Beaconsfield. Salary: GBP38800 - GBP48800 per annum + bonus. Basic salary: £38,800 – £48,800 + Bonus + £2,000 Sign-On Bonus (Mercedes qualification required for hire banding).
We’re working with a premium automotive retailer who are expanding their workshop team and are looking for skilled Vehicle Technicians across multiple levels. This is a high-performance, manufacturer-approved environment with strong earning potential and genuine long-term career development.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repair work on vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring first-time fixes and an exceptional customer experience built on trust, quality, and precision.
Responsibilities

* Ensure first-time fixes where possible and maintain an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 in Automotive
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
* Full UK driving licence
* Own tools
* Experience with Mercedes-Benz (desirable but not essential)
