This long established multi service legal firm with offices throughout Lancashire seek to employ an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their office based in the city centre of Preston.\n \n The Role\n \n Working as a Property Solicitor or Property Executive within the Specialist and Commercial Property team based at their Preston office, you will manage a varied caseload of:\ncommercial property transactions including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, refinance, SIPP transactions;\ncommercial lease transactions\nbridging finance of commercial and residential property;\ncommercial and residential developments;\nland transactions, including purchase of development land, overage agreements, option agreements You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of running your own property caseload from initial instruction to completion. It is essential that you have strong experience of dealing with the sale and purchase of commercial properties and commercial leases.\n \n Responsibilities\nHandling all aspects of a mixed caseload of commercial property transactions, land transactions and specialist property matters including bridging financial, developments, overage and opinions, as well as assisting the Private Client and Family teams with probate sales.\nApproving legal titles\nPreparing freehold and leasehold report...
